Research Outline

The Centre is now focusing on four main areas of research activity:
 

  • Asia and Europe in the New Global Framework
    This research project has been conceived to analyze the developments of the relationships between Europe and Asia, with special regard to the evolutionary changes occurred and, consequently, the influence exercised by said transformation on present and future global dynamics.  Read more
     

  • Europe, National Security and Migratory Phenomenon
    The main question faced by said research – in view of the new political, migratory and legislative dynamics – concerns the requests and the reasons of the grudge of immigrant communities, which have deeply changed, towards theirs original countries. Consequently, has also changed their seriousness and the role that the same should play in order to reduce the risks for the host countries Read more
     

  • Franco-Italian Political-Economic Relations
    The research aims to analyze the reasons of a massive presence, in Italy, of French citizens, and to understand the relative dynamics by means of a series of interviews to French and Italian personalities employed in those sectors where the French-Italian cohabitation is stronger.  Read more
     

  • Scientific Progress and Security: Between Peace Research and Art of War
    The aim of this research project is to focus as follows: the consequences of the scientific and technical evolution on the “depictions” of the reality according to the main actors; the power’s “configurations” and the policies deriving from the same; the clash between these “depictions” and the scientific outlook in constant development; the consequences of this complex and tumultuous process on international balances and security and, finally, about peace and war.  Read more
